Opening Times
Monday - Saturday 10:00 am to 5:30pm; Sundays
10:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Reception is closed for accepting or releasing
any cats on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and other public holidays.
Cats will not be released or accepted outside of
our normal opening hours, unless prior arrangement has been made. Cats
cannot be released to anyone other than their owners without prior
notification.
Health
Only fully vaccinated cats will be accepted for
boarding. Owners must produce a current vaccination certificate upon
arrival.
All cats will be examined upon arrival for signs
of ill health and we reserve the right to refuse admittance to any cat
that in our opinion appears to be suffering from any infectious disease,
pending advice from a Veterinary Surgeon. This course of action is
essential to protect other cats in the cattery.
We must be informed of any recent illness or
veterinary treatment that your cat(s) have received prior to arrival and
have the right to refuse admittance should your cat(s) be considered a
risk to other cats boarding.
Should you wish your pet to receive special diet,
care or medication, this must be discussed and agreed with the
proprietor upon booking. A small service charge may be made for the
administration of insulin to diabetic cats and extra grooming if coats
need extra attention.
In the event of illness occurring during a stay,
the proprietor is authorised to request Veterinary advice and attendance
and undertake any treatment prescribed.
Payment
Daily Boarding Rates :-
1 cat - £7.50
2 cats from same household sharing - £13.00
3 cats from same household sharing - £18.00
Family Pens (up to 6 cats from same household sharing) -
From £22.00
Further discounts are available for
long term boarding to be agreed upon booking. Bookings
will only be accepted on receipt of a deposit of £10.00 per cat.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a
cancellation.
Balance of accounts must be settled at time of
collection and can be made by cash, credit card or cheque, which must be
accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.
The amount due will be for the full period
booked, with no reductions made if you collect your cat(s) early. The day
of arrival and the day of departure is charged at full rate.
Owners are responsible for any veterinary bills
incurred by their cat(s) whilest in residence, payment of which must be
settled on collection. We advise owners to take out insurance for their
pets which should cover veterinary bills; please advise us upon booking if
your cat is insured. If you require we can offer temporary insurance cover
at 50p per day extra.
